The five-cent piece reappears in your hand, i.e. it has wandered from the lady's hand to your own.

Coin through table - A five-cent and a fifty-cent piece are on the table, covered by an upturned glass. The five-cent piece thus enclosed magically goes through the table top and falls into the magician's hand. The 50-cent piece is still on the table and can be shown without any tricks from both sides when the glass is lifted.

What we consider the most amazing effect - coin through glass: A five-cent piece and a fifty-cent piece are put into a wine glass which the magician holds by the base. The glass is shaken slightly and the five-cent piece, in full view of the audience, disappears, penetrates the stem of the glass and falls from the base of the glass on to the table!!!!!
