The hand with the outstretched index finger thrusts forward - but obviously a little too energetically, because in the manner of the best karate grandmasters, your steeled finger has literally impaled the coin! Yes, your spectators can't believe their eyes - the coin is impaled on the finger, from which a spectator is welcome to take it off and examine it!
